TOD’S SPRING SIGNATURE COCKTAIL PARTY

I got invited to a cocktail for Tod’s 2013 Spring Signature collection presentation at the Italian Embassy in Paris.
To be honest, Tod’s accessories didn’t really attract me until now. So to make my way to this event in the pooring rain was not high on my to-do list.
I used to find Tod’s accessories most of the time very simple and boring, not to mention safe. But this season it kind of attracts me! I love the patent leather and the padded dot-and-square patterns in the fabric.. It’s maybe kind of Lady DIOR-esk but in a more classy way. Even the studs on the accessories are not too much, and not under-done. The colors of the accessories are a perfect match with many wardrobe choices, especially for the light blue and vanilla white bags. The atmosphere at the event was perfect, the drinks were good, and I even liked the bags.. Perhaps a great evening after all?
